Football games, baths and slings...

Lily turned 4 weeks old on Friday and she is getting sweeter by the day! We had a fun week together....we went to visit everyone at the Mission in Pensacola on Tuesday and she got lots of love from the girls at the office. While we were in town we went to visit Dr. Gray and Granny (my sweet friends who started the Mission years ago) and Lily loved being held by Granny. And of course we had to stop by my Mom's office on the way home. Her Nana doesn't pass up an opportunity to see her sweet grandaughter. On Thursday we went to MOPS http://easternshoremops.blogspot.com/ for the first time - it was great being with other moms and being encouraged and challenged as we spent time in God's Word together. I even got some great tips from another mom about breastfeeding - thanks Hope! Lily was an angel and I really enjoyed having her there with me. Well, today we spent the day watching football and Joe always says that life can't get any better when he is watching Alabama (WIN!) and having his little girl lying in his arms. Here are a few pictures from the past week...

Lily praying for Alabama to win the game against MS State :-)
Taking a break during 1/2 time
Smiling at the outcome of the game! Bathtime is becoming a place of comfort for her - how adorable is this!!
My friend Kristi informed me that this week is National Babywearing Week http://2sweetbabygirls.blogspot.com/ and we are doing just that. We love the Sleepy Wrap and so does Lily. I found out about this sling through my friend Julie who actually made one for me and then we ordered another one online http://www.sleepywrap.com/ It is a great way to keep your baby feeling secure and allows you to be hands free when you need to get some things done. I even got Joe to try it on...I think he looks really cute!!
Getting ready to go for a walk with my girl...
How 'bout this hairdo?? Her Daddy fixes it like this...
Sweet cheeks!!
Our family...
