Lily's friends

Just got back from spending the day with John Michael, one of Lily's best buddies. The weather is a tad bit cooler so we enjoyed time at the park and when the heat got unbearable we headed to the library in Bay Minette. What a treat - they have a new train set and JM was loving it! It's funny how boys love trains, trucks and cars and girls are drawn to dolls, princess dresses and lipgloss. So, needless to say, Lily spent most of her library time playing with the castle and princesses and JM was fixated on the train. We went to lunch at McDonalds and you could tell by the droopy eyes that naps were in the near future for these 2. As I'm posting this blog Lily is having a nice nap :)

It was a great day and reminded me how blessed we are for Lily to have such sweet friends. Here is a slideshow of some of our memorable moments over the past few months.
