Firsts...

Just a few weeks ago Joe bought Lily "The Jungle Book" movie and she's probably watched it a dozen times since then. So when I saw that there was a play at the Gulf Shores Theater and it just happened to be "The Jungle Book" I was so excited! Lily's first play and we got front row, center seats! And boy did she have a good time. Her favorite story about the night was that "King Loulie came down to dance with me but I was too shy. But when we left and got ice cream I wasn't shy...I told her what I wanted!"

To add to all the wonderful moments we've shared this summer I can add to the list that Lily saw her first play and her first movie at the theater (we went to see "Winnie the Pooh"). :) The most enjoyable part for me is to watch her face as she experiences new things....one of the many blessings of being a parent.
