We had a great weekend with friends and family. It began on Friday when we met Blake and his mommy, Jennifer, for lunch and a trip to Bass Pro Shop. Lily and Blake were intrigued by all the stuffed animals (deer, bears, wildcats, raccoons, etc.) and the mommies had fun laughing at their reactions and expressions when we tried to get them to touch the animals. Then we joined Maw Maw for a Bible study on Friday night and Saturday morning at her Church. Lily has hit the stage where she cries when we leave her so she wasn't too thrilled about staying at a new place (a new nursery). Saturday afternoon we went to Pensacola to meet some of my friends that I worked with at Waterfront Rescue Mission. Lily was the life of the party and it didn't take her long to warm up to everyone. Late in the day we headed for Nana's house in Gulf Breeze and we had a great time visiting with her. My camera battery died so I'll have to get some photos from Nana to post later. Here are a few from Bass Pro Shop -

My baby is getting SO big!
It may not be a good idea to teach our kids to pet the bear :)
This was a regular occurrence while we were there - her running away from me
Jennifer is a pretty good shot! (much better than me :) )
Jennifer and her sweet blue-eyed boy!
Me and my sweet brown-eyed girl! (won't be long before she's driving me around somewhere)
Showing Blake how to do it (little Miss Bossy....like her Mommy)
