Amazing Grace

I find myself singing Amazing Grace alot lately...especially when I'm rocking Lily to sleep...looking at this precious gift that God has given us....is truly AMAZING GRACE. And in the midst of being thankful for her I start thinking back over the past years. Oh my goodness has God been good to me. 8 years ago I was in a downward spiral of drug use and crazy living and now I'm saved by His grace - forgiven of all that I've done, living life with purpose and meaning and on top of all of that He's given me a family!!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving and we have so much to be thankful for - makes me love Jesus even more thinking about ALL of those things. On Sunday our worship leader read the story of the sinful woman who poured out her worship onto Jesus and I couldn't help but see myself in her (Luke 7:36-50). "...her sins which are many, are forgiven, for she loves much."

Here are some photos from our Thanksgiving. Since Joe had to work at the Mission on Thanksgiving Day I spent it with my Mom. We went to Calvary Chapel in Gulf Breeze and had a wonderful time and then on Sunday following we had a family gathering with the Raley bunch. And of course I had to post some other cute pictures of our little angel. Enjoy!!
Dabney and her boyfriend came over for a post Thanksgiving visit :-)

Our little Lily bear getting ready for a trip out in the cold weather...

This is her pouty face....it's cute, too!
